SUMMARY

These traditional CrossFit Classes are open to everyone who has completed our On-Ramp course or for athletes coming to CrossFit Patriot Way with prior CrossFit experience. The class includes a skill based warm-up, skill or strength work, group instruction, the Workout of the Day (WOD) and additional mobility work. All portions of the Daily WOD class are guided by a dedicated Coach who will ensure every athlete in the class is utilizing proper technique and load.

CrossFit Patriot Way is a general strength and conditioning program suitable for all fitness levels and backgrounds. Our workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We utilize movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running that mimic patterns of everyday life.

Our Classes run in 60-minute blocks throughout the day ensuring that you can find time to join us no matter what your day throws at you. Every workout we prescribe is completely scalable, which means that the most veteran and newest CrossFit Patriot Way athlete can do the same workout with small adjustments to the load and intensity.

CrossFit in general is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for all individuals regardless of experience. Whether you’re starting CrossFit to increase your overall fitness or to supplement your sport of choice, our program will deliver phenomenal results.

To ensure athletes joining CrossFit Patriot Way are provided with every opportunity to succeed, we require every athlete new to CrossFit attend our On-Ramp Course prior to joining the Daily WODs. If you are coming to us with prior CrossFit experience or have attended Fundamentals, On-Ramp, or CrossFit Level 1 Trainers Course from a registered affiliate then you are free to join the regular classes upon joining.
