CrossFit Kids was developed to help kids grow up healthy, strong and develop a lifelong love of fitness which will give them the right foundation to avoid common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
We use fun as our method for teaching kids functional movements. Functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things kids need and naturally want to do when they play like, push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. Our workouts will not only increase physical competence but also build confidence instilling a sense of well being and allow them to be part of the uniquely supportive and uplifting community CrossFit is famous for.
